1. How do I request a book to be made?
A: Due to the high demand, we have currently paused our requests. We are currently working through many emails and we will reach out to families via our social media accounts when looking for future book ideas.
2. How do we contact the author?
A: As you can imagine we have a lot of interest in the book series and a lot of people want to speak to Gemma directly. As as a busy mum of 3 she would love to have the time to be able to reply to everyone personally and right away! But in the first instance please send your message or request to info@theabilitiesinme.com and one of our team of volunteers will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. I have a faulty book print, how can I return my book or get a refund?
A: Our books are published and printed via Amazon. Please contact the Amazon support team, or arrange a refund through your order history on your Amazon account. We are unable to process refunds, unless you have ordered a signed book copy and it gets damaged through the postal service.
4. How do I book a school visit?
A: You can enquire about booking a school visit on our website. Please go to the menu bar, click schools and school visit.
5. Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, if you work in education or healthcare or run a charitable organisation, you are entitled to discount. Please go to our book bundle link which is under the bookshelf tab on the main menu and fill out the form.
6. Can we use any images or text from the books for our own personal use?
A: All of our books are copyrighted. Our logo is also trademarked. You can use the books, as a resource for example, in a school setting. But you are not allowed to print and sell.
7. How can we get merchandise?
A: We do have a shop, coming in the summer of 2022. This will be available via our website and all proceeds will go into The Abilities In Me Foundation.
