Hello, my name is Claire and I represent the The Abilities In Me Foundation, providing SEN support and advice. I am also one of the editors for The Abilities in Me book series.

I currently work in an Infant and Nursery school as an experienced and passionate SENCo. I support children with a range of additional needs and provide training to staff and parents so that all children can access an education, regardless of their barriers. I also work with a range of external professionals in the field of SEND and help link families to different support services. I love supporting the Abilities in Me Foundation because each book helps to raise awareness of different conditions with a focus on what these children can do. I also enjoy seeing children develop their understanding of others and show acceptance and kindness towards those with additional needs.
